Хороший как по мне улов) но далеко не все его любят. Зимой и весной не такая и редкость на Волге. Мясо жестче чем у сомика, а печень отменная , то же что и печень трески. Не потрошеную рыбу долго хранить не следует. А вообще не заюкак сейчас, но раньше в Ашане продавали очень приличные экземпляры и относительно не дорого.
с 1 декабря по 14 июля и с 16 августа по 14 сентября - раков; с 15 декабря по 15 февраля - налима.
